Thirteen complaints relating to billing, low pressure, inadequate water supply, Sewerage Overflow etc., from areas like Rain Bazar, S.R.Nagar, Gajula Ramaram, Parsigutta, Macha Bollaram, Begumpet, Malakpet etc., were received at “DIAL UR MD”, HMWSSB programme held at Board Office, Khairatabad on 29.06.2024. The Managing Director Sri.K.Ashok Reddy, IAS, assured to redress the complaints and instructed the concerned General Managers (E) to attend to the same immediately and send Action Taken Reports (ATR) to Head office.
