A four-member team of Delhi Jal Board officials Pooja Jain,  IAS Officer, Finance Member, Virender Kumar Chief Engineer (Water), Amit Jain, Revenue Director, Adesh Kumar, EE (Water) visited HMWSSB on 29-08-2022 to study the various projects, operations and maintenance, the billing system of HMWSSB and the technology used for revenue aspects. They visited Madapur and Prashasan Nagar areas of O&M Division - 6 and 15 and examined the performance of the meters used and the technology used for billing system. Later, the team visited Rainwater Harvesting Theme Park in Jubilee Hills and learned about the methods and programs being undertaken by HMWSSB for water conservation aspects.

Finally, the team members met Sri M. Dana Kishore, MD, HMWSSB and briefed their observations during the field trip. Sri VL Praveen Kumar Director Revenue explained through a power point presentation on the HMWSSB billing system, the technology used and the method adoption for revenue collection to the Delhi Jal Board officials.
